Im throwing this code repeatedly and want to try cleaning what I got before buying a new MAF sensor.
Can someone share a brief description of the process and what cleaner should be used? Can I just get whatever is on the shelf at Walmart so long as it states MAF Cleaner? |

Appreciate the responses...
Sounds like the best plan is to completely disassemble the factory intake system, remove MAF, clean MAF and reassemble... Wasnt sure if I was missing anything? Do I need to let the MAF "dry" or can I basically do all the steps in rapid fire succession over a drink this evening? |

This video sums it up nicely:
No need to disassemble the intake or anything, the MAF should pop out after you take out a few torx screws. Spray it down liberally, let it dry completely and put it back. Just out of curiosity, have you experienced any drivability issues, or did you just notice this when you were scanning for codes randomly?

Select ELITE: Wedding Cake, hybrid
$73 for 1ML Lasts about two weeks and I can smoke it anywhere, anytime without detection. Travel through airports without issue. Im pretty loyal to Select but have tried many brands. |

Dont get me wrong... if my career/lifestyle allowed me to smoke big stinky flower blunts at will, Id be doing just that. I have to admit - the simplicity, convenience, discretion of cartridges is unparalleled. Some other cart brands that I prefer if Select is out of stock: Himalaya Raw Garden TreeBase (Klear Kart) |
