I have stock downpipe and chargepipe. I am looking to see what I can get for these. I was thinking $40 for chargepipe and $120 for downpipe. Let me know if I'm asking for too much.

Hopefully you didnt "give it away..."

The price you were asking was basically scrap value. Its actually very likely that that was less than scrap value depending on the precious metals markets currently.

Im all the way in Cali but I guarantee you can get $100 bill for yours from a Junk Yard.

OEM european cats are the most valuable catalytic converters there are after EXOTICS which are extremely rare.

Call around and get a couple quotes because they can and will try to steal it from you for $60-70 if you just show up and let them.

They prey on people who dont know anything about metals so just be careful.

Some yards wont buy them at all because of the high occurrence of theft and the fact that they can lose their shirt if the buyer doesnt know what hes doing.

Call around, someone wants that cat - TRUST ME.

You can also look to sell directly to a core buyer but they usually want to buy 5-10 or even 100 at a time.
