Hi Mike,

Thanks for supplying the kit.
I will provide a full review when I am finished testing.
Definitely tons of complications from getting the kit to install.

Currently custom tuning the car with ethanol and not making no where close to the rated gains but only on 22-25psi.
Will provide updates when I'm finished.

On pump gas very disappointing results but I am thinking I may be getting false knock from forged internals.

I am not willing to adjust knock sensors on pump gas as my local fuel is not the best, hence the reason jumping to ethanol to confirm if it was false knock.

Regards,
Shane

FYI I increase my knock tables by about 25% for about 1 year and so far so good, and I still got some knock retard at e25 - e30 @ ~17 degrees timing, but recently I increased to e40 and no timing corrections at all even I increased load to 240 form 230, so with my stock 11:1 pistons , they really need e40 to get decent timing without corrections, but now running into HPFP droops, so I think e40 is really as high as you want to go without the TU pump at 240 load

Nice information, on pump gas I did not want to adjust as my pump gas was not the best.

Nice 30 psi at 6500 rpm is past what my hybrid turbo can do, how much power do you think the E-hybrid system is adding, maybe like 80 hp, so probably the motor is making a good 400whp? Or maybe more as the e-hybrid system tapers off to the redline it looks like.

Did you increase the redline to 7000rpm? With the larger turbo you should be able to use the extra power band? Or maybe the hybrid system cannot handle it as the electric motor is spinning at engine RPM. FYI I can only get 7krpm in M mode, in S+ and S, no matter what I set in BM3 or XHP it still shift at the stock points, which is annoying, so if I want to be in kill mode I need to shift myself, its workable.

I got a best 100-200km of 9.11s with colder weather and -190m DA at about 26psi, 18deg, it would be interesting if you can beat it, I think your car weight is almost 3800lb so it should be close my 120i is only about 3100lbs, you should be able to get well into the 8's. I want to try for an 8.x but think I am pushing the stock engine at this point.

From the dyno chart of the electric motor, it makes 88whp on full electric. The transmission on the hybrid is actually rated for more torque (750nm).
I am not sure if the hybrid system is tapering off as something is not adding up. BBT made 514whp on e30 non-hybrid with dual CPI while I'm making 483whp on e50 single meth injection but hitting fuel limitations. In theory I should be well over 500whp at that boost and timing.

On the streets it goes 7000+rpm but for some reason on dyno mode it shifts automatically at around 6500rpm.
With the larger turbo, I can use the extra power band.

I never timed the car as I left the country the next day. I previously did 10.89s 100-200km on 351whp 91 octane stage 2 OTS map (stock turbo, stock internals).

Best quartermile time recorded was 12.83s on stock turbo, stock internals, 91 oct with meth but on a drag race it was faster than a 12.6s box lancer sr20 (unfortunately my dragy did not work that run).

You are correct about estimated weights, in my country temperature is fairly constant so about 24deg night and 33deg day.

Car is now built motor and bigger turbo, much faster but I didnt get to time car. Hopefully later this year I can time it. I will do upgrade HPFP and some other things to see if I can get some more power out of it and play with ethanol content. After that will time it.

Currently exploring injector upgrade solutions as I feel shortly after hpfp upgrade, the injectors will max out. Was also looking for a port meth plate but may just do dual meth injection.
