Replacing DSC module/coding

Hi,

I'm in the process of retrofitting active cruise control to my 2013 F32 435d. I'll be doing it bit by bit and I have sourced an ACC ABS pump from a 2015 F31 335d which according to my research is compatible. I need to get this fitted and tested before the returns window expires. The physical installation looks fairly simple, but I'm expecting bleeding to be a pain.

Question is, will I need to do any coding for the car to accept the replacement DSC unit? Will be some time before the rest of the retrofit is completed and I need the car to be driveable in the mean time.

Thanks,
Ted
