Connected Drive Renewal UK
Honestly fed up with BMW UK. Have been trying to renew RTTI, BMW Online and Maps since Black Friday and get cart errors constantly. Now they are saying on the phone they will not help or renew on the phone even at regular prices, let alone honour the Black Friday discounts. Also claim the website is working but it is normal to get errors just keep trying. The whole phone experience is nasty with arrogant unhelpful staff - especially John.
I have now decided not to renew and use other services like Navituning for RTTI and other sources for map updates. Cant believe BMW are so willing to turn away recurring revenue. No errors really?
