MFM5 you are on the roster and the run schedule at 4:00 PM.
Thanks to everyone for getting their deposits in before the deadline. It is a huge help not to have to hunt people down and have holes in our plan so close to the event. Talked with Nick again today and he and his crew are very excited.

Run Schedule Update
Hey all,
Just got done talking with Nick @ SN and he had asked that we update the schedule to allow for 30 mins for his crew to take a break and eat some lunch. I've inserted a break from 1-1:30 for this. Folks who were scheduled at/after this time, your run times have been adjusted accordingly. Please take note that they've shifted by 30 mins. If you have any questions, let me know. xander25 at 10:00 AM FaRKle! at 10:30 AM IllSic_Design at 11:00 AM cowtown at 11:30 AM jh_f30 at 12:00 PM cobra2814 at 12:30 PM Lunch Break at 1:00 PM kreuz at 1:30 PM Divbetic at 2:00 PM rediahad at 2:30 PM N26Ghost at 3:00 PM Dheeth-F30 at 3:30 PM Diegov209 at 4:00 PM MFM5 at 4:30 PM bmwchue at 5:00 PM Sorry for the late change, but it seemed reasonable for them to take a lunch break.

Cool! PMed. My car can serve as a baseline for the N20s; it's bone stock, 72k miles, never been walnut blasted. Let's see if the intake valve crud hurts the numbers.

bmwchue wheezyslowpoke Please come to the shop as early as you can. We have progressed through the roster faster than expected and this would allow the shop crew to end at an earlier time. Thanks, -Ghost

@N26Ghost, thanks again for setting this up! It was nice seeing familiar faces and meeting some new forum members. Good times had by all! Hope you guys had fun on your afternoon drive.
As a continuation of this thread, it'd be fun to see everyone's results! My peak measured numbers: HP: 310.72 @ 5450rpm TQ: 349.69 @ 3510rpm Unfortunately, I was getting some misfires likely due to bad plugs (20k miles on 1-step colder NGKs).

I'll echo the big thanks to N26Ghost for putting together the dyno day/meet. It was fun even though they couldn't accommodate xDrive.

We loved your wagon and we'll be hunting you down for the Audi December track event, because that sounds like something a lot of us would enjoy and benefit from. Thanks for joining us.

To everyone who came out yesterday, thanks for being a part of our first NorCal Dyno Day.
jh_f30 Dheeth-F30 Diegov209 cobra2814 Divbetic IllSic_Design FaRKle! MFM5 xander25 kreuz bmwchue cowtown wheezyslowpoke 14 cars ran over the course of 7 hours and so many people got some good hard data on how their cars perform on a dyno. We all know that dyno data is just part of the performance picture, but having it goes a long way to understanding the performance envelop your vehicle is capable of. I've got everyone's dyno data, except for two people, who I will reach out to separately. I've had a copy of the WinPEP8 software for some time and had Peter @ SN Motorsport showed me how to add in the correction factor yesterday and display our dyno data in HP/TQ over RPM. The finalized graphs in the datasheet will show your 3 best runs in this format. Naturally, adding in SAE correction will lower our numbers a bit, but it will give us more accurate data. It will take me a few days to get the interviews, dyno videos and dyno graphs embedded in the datasheet, but once it is complete, I will post it up for all to use. A big Thank You to everyone for making this a productive, entertaining, positive and friendly time together. Special thanks to Diegov209 and Dheeth-F30 for being there from start to finish to help me run the event. You two are friends for life yo.
