Not aware of any Glasgow area places to get done.
As far as I know neo wraps in Renfrewshire can do it and a place on Falkirk, but I am unsure of the name of the place.

The 335d has complete coverage on the whole front bumper, spoiler, lights area, front wings, full bonnet, A posts, wing mirrors, behind the rear arches, the full sills and to protect the top of the rear bumper. It was a custom fit, rather than from preset laser cut templates like most places. The benefit of that is that on the bonnet and wings it wraps round the edges where possible, so that you can't see them. This was pricey, at £1500, but this company spends most of it's time protecting high end stuff like Lambos and Ferraris... apparantly Carbon Fibre gets totally wrecked by stone chips, so lots of people make sure they get their CF wings and splitters done!

However, I did the Z4 and only covered the front section of the bonnet, the front bumper, lights, wing mirrors, sills, and A posts etc and it cost £600. I'm sure you could get similar done on the F30.

The fit on the Z4 is fine and you need to be looking for it to see it, but you will have a faint line across the bonnet, but no colour difference. At £600 it makes a lot of sense as you have no stone chips, and avoid the need or desire to get a front bumper respray.

We plan to keep the 335d for 5 or 6 years so I really want to look after it.

You could maybe a get them rouched up or a smart repair before the installation. We bought the Z4 at 18 months old and 8000 miles, and it had a few touched up before the install and it looked fine afterwards.

Assuming this is not an easy fix like the swirls on the paintwork from the crap car wash guys??

I know things dont stay new forever but I have only had it a week .. look quite deep as well

Anyone having the same hatred towards marks on their lovely new ride?
Oh yes, it's not the hatred roads but VERY poor paintwork. My lower front sills below the fogs are splattered in white chips and I've recently noticed a few on the bonnet. No a single one anywhere on the wife's Audi

A "flying object" hit my bonnet on my introduction drive with app specialist. I think it was a piece of rubber or something, quite big, but I didn't see any marks. They were gritting the roads last night and the same tonight so you can expect further stone chips. I have a lot of fun with ACC now so I'm driving with a reasonable distance behind a car in front now, unlike I did in e92 .
but I think it is inevitable in Scotland to have minor or even bigger damage to the car body with so much dirt on the roads everywhere.

Seems a lot. Personally I live with minor stuff and touch up repairs anything major use a local independent chip guy, £80 a go for scratches etc. Never done more than 1 or 2 personally on a car so I would never wrap....its.....just a car still...impossible to keep perfect for me at least.

Think you are right mate. I am just going to be raging if I spend 600 and still have marks on the areas that are not wrapped.

Think I will get the car touched up and detailed it cost 1/3 of that price.. then I will try keep on top of it myself after that.
