What did you do to your F3X today?

Bought the car about 8 months ago. Exterior starting to really come along. Roof wrapped in gloss black. Satin black rtx wheels. 20 percent tint all around. Installing new grill and mirror caps today if Amazon ever decides to pull up 😎

I was hoping to get some aftermarket carbon tips for my MPPSK but all the tips I see online attach via a clamp whereas the OEM CF tips seem to attach with a screw?

Timing Chain and guide upgrade. (Parts from FCP Euro)
Since the engine was out I decided to replace all the pipes for the turbo.
Did the ATF oil change on the tranny.
My indy mechanic did an excellent job on the replacement.

I am assuming that your engine grenaded and this is the replacement?

Test fitted the apex wheels, 18x8.5 et38 fits comfortably up front. I had got some 5mm spacers just in case but thankfully I won't be needing those. There is about 15mm clearance from the inner edge of the wheel to the strut. Now if only the tires would get here...

and... 4 this beauties!! front 8,5j 32 ET rear 9,5j 35 ET hope they will fit lol

Unfortunately no, OEM cf tips are 298$/ea, quite outrageous IMO.

No and its all done. Its been driven how BMW car should be driven now.

This was a precautionary measure. Did it because I didn't want it to grenade and my mechanic offered me a really good deal on the install. I just had to buy all the parts. Believe it or not, he charged me USD600 for the labour and that included taking the engine out. All in (including parts) I spent around USD1900 for the whole job including the Auto tranny oil replacement. Don't ask me where though unless you want to ship your car over to my side of the world...

Carbon fiber rear diffuser, FTP Charge pipe, NGK spark plugs gapped to .022, and dinantronics elite V2 (warranty and don’t trust mailing my DME to dinan) 🤘🏼

That is a great price and no I wont be shipping my car to Asia any time soon. LOL!!

Replaced the expansion tank coolant hose, broke the old one taking it off. Easy preventive maintenance, still a crappy design.
