What did you do to your F3X today?

I put the car on jack stands and did my front diff / rear diff and transmission fluid.
I still have to do brake fluid flush and transfer case fluid... Pffff, not even one month or ownership... Oh... and I noticed that my thrust arm bushings are dead... ARG.

Check out the meyle HD thrust arms if you want one that will last longer and isn't fluid-filled. Super pro also has a matched thrust arm and lower control arm kit.

Did some tail light tinting today! But first I had to replace my EU spec lights with US spec lights to get rid of that hideous amber lens. Looks so much better with a complete red lens.

Got some tint left over when I was done and decided to tint the sideview mirror turn signal as well. Think it came out pretty good!

Welcome to the money pit. I'm in mine over 5k in the first 4 months, some of that is aftermarket stuff like a tune and front mount intercooler, downpipe and stuff like that, the other half was shocks, springs, and almost all the fluid. The rear diff is 175 in fluids alone, I was a little hesitant to buy the BMW stuff but FCP Euro will make that service basically free next time, so there's that. It's been a bit more expensive than I bargained for but not too bad.

Fluid is pretty cheap, even Liqui Molly transmission fluid is cheap, my biggest expense was the Damptronic Bilsteins B4 front shocks (I am almost happy that the rear ones are on backorder). But it adds up, I am not surprised, Control arms are 100 each or so, same configuration as all the older 5 series, I am used to them failing.

Rear diff fluid 175??? Labor included?
I buy my BMWs used and I change all the shocks, suspension parts and sometimes wheel bearings, afterwards I know that I am good to go for another 100k miles or more. Sold my E60 with 236k miles and the car was perfect.

I love the feeling of making a car better one part at a time.

Threw some paint on the rotors. Simple job but looks so much better!

Your rotors are grooved, depending how thick they are, I would be looking at a set of pads and rotors.

Do you have HUD? Can you check if you can cast navi (any with real time traffic) to HUD and start video from USB on main screen at the same time?

Q2. Carplay is via WiFi, right? Does your phone automatically connect to a car once you get in?

Megan Racing. Can be had for under $90 on Fleabay. No, no noticeable difference but I did not expect any. These things are mainly cosmetic. I've had one on 5 different BMW's and they've never provided an earth shattering difference by themselves.
