This is a digital transfer of my license per ProTuningFreaks guidelines, nothing physical being shipped. I can send screenshots, or even set up a video call prior to purchase to prove ownership. I want the buyer to feel comfortable after all the scammers hanging around here...

I can accept PayPal, but only using the "goods and services" option, which provides both buyer and seller coverage and protection, and I will take the PayPal fee out of my end. I will not accept the "friends and family" payment option
