Buying and Installing OEM diffuser.

I would like to install the M Perf. diffuser on my 335, but want to make sure I get a quality, OEM part for ease of fitment etc.

Does anyone happen to know if this is it?

Anyone who has bought one and done this before, does it come with everything needed to install it? Any specials tools I need to make sure I have?

You know the replica is the same as OEM? Same material & made from the same pattern.
