These are Brembo, with M logos on them, teh calipers atleast.
BMW have always made their own rotors

Will these have the same ceramic pistons like the 135i brakes and fail under track use? I really don't see the point, BMW has consistently made some of the best single piston brakes for decades. MB did this sort of change on the C Class a few years ago, and aside from dramatically increasing maintenance costs, it really provides no benefit, even for track use.

My Z3 M Coupe with single piston sliders had better braking performance than 350/370Z's, STI's and Evos (and my 135i) which all had Brembos. It held up great through track events, of course I suppose as modern cars get fatter and fatter, this is sort of where things are headed.

On the other hand, BMW might logically charge more for the M-Sport brakes on the 328i, because there is more of a cost difference versus the standard brakes. Or maybe this is why BMW is probably using smaller, less expensive rotors on the 328i M-sport brakes.
The 600 Euro pricing applies to the whole F20 range, regardless whether it's a 116i or a 125d.
For some reason BMW uses smaller brakes on the US-spec 328i, ROW M-sport brakes for 328i is identical to M-sport brakes for 335i, if I remember correctly.

M Sport brakes are very good for street use and a lot cheaper than M Performance ones.
They look better than standard ones too (blue calipers with M logo)

i really like the look of those behind the 400M rims...

I'm thinking about getting these in the Summer as a bday present...or if I change jobs, blowing my bonus present.

His last post on this thread was 11 months ago.
I have asked what happened to E90Fleet on a number of threads, but no one has come up with an answer.

It's very sad that he isn't contributing any longer. Perhaps he got a job with BMW and his contact stated no more contact (giving away secrets) with F30Post. Just thinking out aloud.

Anyone???
