Labor of Love
My 428i M-sport finally got delivered last week (Thanks to David @ SteveThomas).......I did a full detailing/polish/sealant/wax on the car....I'm very happy with the results....what do you guys think ??? I highly recommend Chemical Guys Products!!!!!!!
Here is what I did: 1. Washed and dried the car 2. washed Wheels [IMG][/IMG] 3. Clayed entire car [IMG][/IMG] 4.deep polishing [IMG][/IMG] [IMG][/IMG] 5. Jet Seal Sealant (2 separate coats) 6. Lava Caranuba Wax [IMG][/IMG] [IMG][/IMG] 7. Waxed Wheels (brake dust with Msport Brakes is ridiculous!!!!) [IMG][/IMG] 8. Conditioned Leather [IMG][/IMG] [IMG][/IMG] Final results after 8 hours of labor (some products require curing time) [IMG][/IMG] [IMG][/IMG] |

Gorgeous car! I have to say, that "Chemical Guys" has to be the worst branding this side of 2005 (the whole green movement to blame). Good to hear this brand does such a great job.

you don't need to combine a selant AND a wax. you should decide on whether to use the sealant OR the wax. their ingredients are totally different.
Car looks good, but the qualitiy of the photos is poor. If i would detail a car, I would use a quality DSLR cam You will see the difference |

First off I wanted to say thank you again for your business! We all here at Steve Thomas BMW very much appreciate it! Second off car looks fantastic! I was looking into some of the products Chemical Guys make and looks like you had a very good outcome so I am going to buy a few of their stuff and give it a try!

Nice work documenting your process!
I have to say, for protecting my rims from break dust, I've had to leave the wheel paste solution for a spray on solution because cleaning 403M style wheels is an arduous job. Did it a few times, and I'd spend hours on the job, for little gain. The break dust would cake within the week. This Armor All spray protectant has done wonders. I put them on, and break dust is considerably less. http://amzn.com/B0035XGPNA |

Congrats on the new f32, car looks great and I definitely know what you mean with (brake dust with Msport Brakes is ridiculous!!!!). I basically have the same upset. I don't know how well the armor wheel/rim protectant works for brake dust, but it gives a really good shine to my matte graphite aftermarket rims. Great Photos and hard work goes into detailing!!!! For the best job you have to do it yourself.
