F Series N55 1/4 Mile Database / Repository

Hey folks, did a little searching and saw a thread like this for the N2x platform, but none for the N55 and thought it'd be fun and informative to start one for the N55. I remember researching upgrade paths when I first got the car and being frustrated that there was very little info regarding 1/4 mile times. If anyone who's run the 1/4 mile would chip in with their car, times, mods, etc. it would be tremendously appreciated! If we get enough I'll gladly rank them and put them into a spreadsheet. Videos and timeslip pics are encouraged! If you don't know the DA, altitude, or temp it's okay, but I found mine using https://airdensityonline.com/ and hitting the "historical" button under the info and finding the date I went to the track. Bump! Spent an embarrassing amount of time putting a spreadsheet together. It's incredibly difficult to find a lot of this information floating around, and a lot of it's outdated. If anyone wants to help or chime in with their own times, it would be tremendously appreciated!
I'll continue to update the sheet as information is gathered.

nice stuff! I'm from Chicagoland area too, I was just at IFO on Sunday. dont think I saw your bimmer though

I totally missed it! Super bummed. For some reason I'd had it in my head that it was late May. My buddy went though and won the 11.5 class in his S4, so that's cool. I'll definitely be there come October!

Car: 2014 435i RWD 8AT EWG Mods: BM3 stage 2 93oct tune, VRSF Catless DP, eBay Chargepipe, Amazon intercooler Tires: 235/35R20 255/30R20 Michelin Pilot PS4 Track: HRP in Baytown, TX Ambient Temp: 66F Density Altitude: 588 ft Going back tomorrow to hopefully get a better time. Changed rear tires to Michelin Pilot SS 265/30R20, OTS E30 tune, & BM3 transmission flash. I currently don't feel like these current tires grip as much as the previous tires. F30 8AT RWD N55 EWG MHD Stage 2+ 93 Octane xHP Stage 3 ER CP & DP CSF FMIC NGK 97506 gapped to whatever they were out of the box Michelin A/S 3+ 225/255 rear @ 41psi Launched in second gear. Hoping to run an 11.9x pass soon, but it might be too cold to do it until Spring. Got my M-Performance Diff yesterday, but won't be able to install this weekend.

One note is that on the Stg2+ I tried the left lane and spun really bad launching as hard as possible, so i jumped over to the right lane and was about to get traction with easing into the throttle the first 15ft or so. I did not get an opportunity to launch at full throttle. Since I do not have the time slips on hand I will come back with weather conditions. I do believe my intercooler (on the smaller side) along with not having the M sport front bumper with the larger opening is hindering performance as my IATs do rise more than what I would like and timing is pulled. |

Not going back with A/S 3+'s on the rear lol Funny enough, the second run was against an e90 335 who also had A/S 3+ on all fours. I was wondering why he just stood at the tree when it was time to boogie. He most definitely was easing into it. Edit: Preloading would have made it much worse. Phyrexia ran a 12.2 on the same tires so something else is wrong |
