xhp flash failed ! no gearbox

at a garage and they've tried flashing with xhp it started and failed. there is no gear box now and he can't uninstall or reflash it. he's kinda not sure what to do and I'm stuck here freezing my proverbials off. Any help would be grateful.

The backup flash didn't work?
