Hope it was a good time with my Chapter, didn't do the event. I have an E93 with the wagon, certainly fun for open road, of course you can't do the driving day in it though.

Got new shoes on the ride.

Didn't realize how bald they were until last week when it rained.

Thanks, it was a lot of fun, did it last year too. Del Val was my local chapter till we moved in May. Many good friends there and good times.

What caused that wear? Over-inflation, tracking?

To be honest. I'm not sure. I don't track my car and I keep my psi at 36 which is what's recommended for our f30's.

You overinflate your tyres. Hope when installing new ones, you took this into account. Also - what the hell, who changes tyres so late..

I mean they recommend 36psi, and then there is your own experience. They recommend for run flats, not for regular tyres.

That's so weird. Cause they are run flats. I also didn't realize how bald they were until it rained tbh. I reverse into my garage, so I never really look at them. I'm going to start more often though. What psi would you recommend? 36 apparently isn't good. The front tires are at 32, and they seem fine.

If they're stock sizes and RFT then the door jamb pressures are perfect for the street. Your wear isn't that uneven. Looks like more a result of camber than anything. Could be worthwhile to get an alignment if it's been a while to make sure you don't actually have excessive wear from toe. Other than that, rear tires on cars with -2 degrees camber just tends to be a bit uneven unless you turn hard a lot.

They're actually bigger. I have m3 wheels with 275:35-19 in the back. I'm not sure if that would make me need less or more pressure. I'll definitely get my alignment checked out also though. I don't want to be wearing my tires out faster than normal.

I run 2.6 on rear so even higher than you (on 18in non RFT). Have even wear, but I also check every year (as I rotate + use winters so plenty of chance to check). So I cant advise, may be as others said, alignment etc. May be also tyre shop by mistake overinflated. We cant tell, just check. If you run spec, it should be fine..

I coded my cars tpm to tell me the temp and psi and they're the recommended inflation. I guess I'll check in a few thousand miles and see how they're looking. I'll for sure get an alignment done too though. I think it's been a year and a half since I last did that.

Folks, fading ///M badges on MSport brake calipers. Anyone found a replacement sticker or way to resolve? My car is a 2015 so the dealers won't do anything.

I just bought a set of M-Sport calipers to retrofit to my wagon. Same issue with faded M logos and of course no hope of dealer help. I found replacement decals here:
