That's the frustrating part, is that there's no Canadian distributors (that I found), that actually sell the lights & getting them cross-border is pain with the import fees (as you mentioned).

Wish the lights were the black-smoked-out or I would strongly consider!!

Fitment is 10, absolutely perfect to my eyes and I'm very picky.

Not sure if you're in BC as well but smoked lights = instant VI ticket. Got plenty of them from my previous cars.
