F30 Trunk Luggage Mount Bar?

I must be going crazy but thought I saw a post about a bar that bolts down to the two luggage strap bolts in the trunk. I've found a few rear strut brace bars online, but don't think they are what I'm looking for. Does anyone have a link or know what Im talking about?

Why would anyone believe that bolting a bar to the sheet metal trunk floor into some small captive nuts would stiffen the rear chassis?

There are proven ways of doing it (such as improved subframe bushings), which are albeit more involved install, but at least they actually improve the stiffness

But if that tiny bar that is not attached to any frame component makes u feel better, then I guess its ur car and ur money

There are a lot of great fairly involved threads about this subject here in the forum that will take u in the right direction and get the most for ur buck

If i recall, there was some positive feedback on what they call the "Rear Lower Bar" - what are your thoughts on that?

I would think that it would better assist in stiffening the rear with that bar because it is connecting the (2) subframe mounting points - similar to a Front Strut Brace that connects the (2) strut towers under the hood

Rear lower bar on F30- any user reactions?

The front strut bar did help my car. More solid feel on straights and actually better turn in on corners and slightly better steering feel. But not huge. Looking fir reaction on lower rear bar. Can feel any benefit?

My thought process is that this would give just a little stiffer rear end, similar to a slightly stiffer sway bar. But is a lot easier to install than a sway bar incase I don't like it.
