The video is wrong. You don't do that in expert mode. You do it in standard mode. Front Electronic Module> Voltage Monitoring> Indicator Front Warm Monitoring (inactive)> Indicator Front Cold Monitoring (inactive)> Indicator Front Lamp (LED) for the front. For the back do the same in Rear Electronic Module. All of the other lamps are coded in the same fashion when switching to LED.

The steps that you mentioned are done if you replace the bulbs with LED.
But the Video is about programming the led strip in lights to be used as turn signal.
