New Radio/AC control issues

Hey guys,
I have a 2014 320i which has VERY worn out buttons for the ac unit. I ordered a new set (radio and ac) and my radio works perfect but only like 3 buttons on the AC control works. The buttons that do work, do random things such as the low fan will cycle the fan from slow to fast with each click. Do I somehow need to reprogram this to fix it? Again the radio is fine, it’s just the AC controls that I’m having issues with. I tried to upload a video, but it gave an error. The picture shows what buttons illuminate. Regardless of fan speed, the symbol stays in the same location on the screen.

Take ista and see what faulty are there. You can install ista just for diagnose only would be about 80GB
