Mind you this will be a second hand pump without warranty as you would buy it yourself from the breaker.
which pump are you referring to, B58-HPD6 or B58-HDP5EVO.

Please provide a part number for clarification.

I'd be interested in a pnp pump if it supports 500 rwhp on pump with no meth or pi.

The d6 is the newer pump that came out in 2018 right?

I am sure the community would only be interested in the HPD6 pump so that is what I will try to source.

Does anyone have information about what part numbers are the HPD6? The one that Thomas is using is 13518631642.

How are you able to obtain a good source for these pumps if you don't have the part number to ensure the potential customer is getting the correct pump??

Good luck with your sales but perhaps obtain all the information about the product your hoping to unload to the forum members.

Unload......aren't you grumpy today.

I thought about doing this mod myself and (if possible) help my forum peers also. So the state of this at the moment is "research phase". Is it ok with you that I use the forum to gather info into whether this is feasable at all or do you just want to kill the initiative???

No need to get your panties in a bunch over a discussion but yes, you have my blessing to research as much as you need lol!

Best of luck with your sales!

If you made a plug and play for 800usd i would definitely buy one from you harkes

I guess the HDP5evo anyhow would support this map targeting 18.7psi:
http://www.bootmod3.net/log?id=5d570723c090c644c52e055e

But i rather buy the HDP6 with plug&play from you for 800usd which supports more than the HDP5evo, which costs about 500EU + tax and shipping from Sweden.

Currently this map works on stock fueling, but pretty close to missfire on a chilly day. Currently I am running the BM3 OTS Stage 2h where you can also see that the fuel pump is having a hard time:
http://www.bootmod3.net/log?id=5d570b1ac090c644c52e0568

Just out of curiosity, when seeing the logs from MHD, i can see that target fuel pressure is 2030psi, but in my logs target pressure is 2884psi. Are these different parameters in mhd and bm3?

they dont come pnp , you will need to adjust the flange since orientation is different and make two slots for the bolts . also depending on your cars build year you might need a different connector , third , if you dont adjust the connector and intake manifold you will create a lot of stress on the connector itself . with this pump you can use oem fuel lines , but have to adjust them slightly because in and outlet are a few mm up compared to oem .

Ok. Thanks for the clarification.
As i understand from your two DIY guides retrofit to HDP6 is a lot more complicated than the HDP5evo?
Guess HDP5evo would be the best choice as I will be running 98/93 oct pump gas as I dont have access to ethanol. After reading through this thread I understand that HDP5evo is capable of supporting up tp 19PSI on pump gas. I just want to run 20 more HP, and i will certainly not pay XDI 2000EU + tax(25%) and shipping for that.

Nice work on this thread Thomas

the evo pump has better orientation of the connector , but work to the flange is the same as with hdp6 . if you are planning to do it , i would go for hdp6 anyway . its only a bit work extra but far more worth it , the test speaks for itself , ive tried e20 on the evo pump but that didnt work at all . i would also recommend a custom tune and some monitoring software to see what your rail pressure is doing hdp6 can go a lot higher

Ok, I will go for the hdp6 then.
I have Bootmod3, with 1 ots tune and a custom tune from HCP where fuel pressure drops a lot: http://www.bootmod3.net/log?id=5d570723c090c644c52e055e

I guess this should be the hdp6:

I guess in summary for n55 EWG:-

HDP5evo - is more PnP (flange/boot hole tweaks) improves stock flow by ~ 10-15% and requires zero coding

HDP6 - needs fuel pipe tweaks in addition to HDP5evo adjustments but delivers an extra ~10% over HDP5evo. Requires coding to cap 350bar down to say 250bar.

Would the HDP6 flow enough for a stage 3 kit? I'm thinking of skipping pure state 2 and going for a stage 3 kit with much bigger turbo and a way better flowing manifold. Will I maybe need XDI?

My understanding is that Xdi35 still outflows HDP6 by about 5-10%.
