Great choice in color! I love it on the wagon! Heres a couple pics of my M3 with SMB/SO. The color has so much depth and really pops in the sun.

Thanks, me too. Making do with this in the meantime though. Having said that, the economy on a run is pretty impressive and I dare say a lot better than an M3. Plus there's very very few opportunities for me to stretch its legs. By god it's fun when I can though, and then go to the tip the next day with a boot full of rubbish!

Too bad BMW doesn't give us more options with the F31 here in the USA. I don't want xdrive, sunroof, or leather seats for that matter. I could deal with 8-speed ZF automatic and even the 4-cylinder motor, but the AWD and sunroof are too heavy/expensive.

Thanks! Xdrive, sunroof and leather were never an option for me either. Xdrive too dulled, sunroof pointless (and leads to blocked drain problems) and leather is only ever cold or hot. Don't be afraid of the 8AT though, it's a good transmission and suits petrol (far better than diesel IMO).
