OEM black chrome exhaust tips, unused.

Hi

For sale is a pair of unused OEM black chrome exhaust tips. They are part number 18307610633.

These were taken off an M240i when it was new as the owner had various carbon parts added, including exhaust tips, so they've never been on the road. I believe they will fit other 35i and 40i models but please check that from the part number.

I took a gamble that they might squeeze on my 328i with it's 00----- exhaust but they're too big and must only fit the 0-----0 exhausts.

Asking £65 which includes UK postage or happy for them to be collected but I'm in Fife, Scotland.

Thanks

I checked the part number in RealOEM so they should fit the following-

F20, F21 - M135i and M140i
F22, F23 - M235i and M240i
F30, F31, F32, F33, F34, F36 - 335i and 340i

What do you have to do to make these fit the 335d?

I'm curious too! I thought the 335d and 328i silencers would be similar in size but I couldn't see any easy way of making them fit without touching each other or without bending the silencer pipes apart slightly but then they might not sit parallel.

Not sure if my 2014 car has slightly narrower pipes than later ones? My standard chrome ones seem to be 65mm diameter but I see several on ebay showing 75mm.

I'll try to find the thread on here where it was first done.
Found 'em:

I just knocked off the standard tips with a hammer and block of wood, bent the clips out a bit on the bigger tips and knocked them on. They just about touch each other and don't quite fit as far on as the pipe is a touch smaller and doesn't quite fit into the curved end, but without a very close examination you can't tell. 10mm bigger but it does look a whole lot better

PS: Sorry for the hijack

Thanks for finding all that. Looks good but I think my earlier 328i definitely has slightly narrower pipes. There was no way they'd go on and would have had the pipes centred in them.
