So unfortunately I am moving and need to sell my car to help with moving costs. I currently live in Canada but will be moving to the US. I was just throwing this out there if anyone in the US is interested in purchasing a CAD vehicle as I will be needing US Cash to help with the move. Not really desperate to sell at the moment as I am moving in the summer. Here are the details of the vehicle. I have only had the car since October and it is still in Immaculate condition. So, do Canadians usually have USD? Or do you expect them to change cash into USD? Or are you hoping an American will buy a car that they can't bring into the USA? I'm just confused, why don't you just price in CAD and then change the money after the fact if you need USD?

It would make more sense to sell it locally and deal with exchanging the money yourself. It's not ideal, but if you find someone who will eat it, good luck.

Taken from experience of moving to 3 different countries with 3 different currencies.
