After getting a multi-map tune for my car I tried using the 93 octane map and it was driving very funny (driving on highway and hit the gas causing the car to stutter). After this I switched back to a stock tune and realized the knock detections were still reading knocks but drove without problems. After talking about it with the PTF helper they gave me a new map which helped with the knocks but when driving regularly it still has knocks detected no matter what, I fill my car with 93 octane and get knocks even on stock tune/CHN91 octane tune. The PTF person told me its probably due to the fuel but I am using 93 Shell V-Power, what other reasons could be causing the knocks to occur? What is the most likely cause of the knocks. Side note, I am planning on putting new oil and possibly new coils/plugs to see if this helps but the PTF person told me that is probably not the issue, I don't think it would be due to the fuel but should I try adding a gallon of e85 to make sure? Does adding e85 cause any problems/should i not do it? help pls

Ended up putting a gallon of e85 in the tank and all knocking seemed to stop, still timing corrections but idk
Edit: Still knocks sometimes just not as often.
