Sadly no, and that BMW is long gone from the dealer lot. Best chance of finding the company is to keep looking on eBay for an ACC-enabled unit, but then you run into the issue with DSC units of the mismatch between visible parts numbers and the corresponding one in the system.

I saw that one, but I am still waiting for an answer to my above question about the differences between the designs. Would hate to make that kind of investment and then have it not be compatible.

BTW, a great way to find out what parts are "different" according to options is to use the following.
This is for my 11.2012 build F30 335i: http://bmwfans.info/parts-catalog/F3...option?s=S5DFA Notice the S5DFA... Replace 5DF with whatever option you like... 5DF is the ACC. EDIT : So judging by that... The DSC is different as we all knew, but the brake lines are as well... Good luck swapping those Not a retrofit I would venture into. |

Just an update here....difference in DSC design of the 2 asked about earlier - most likely one is the pre 5/1/2013 DSC layout and the other the post 5/1/2013 layout.
And yes, Brake pipes would most likely need to be replaced as the bends would not be in the correct place. Running the brake pipes from engine compartment to rear wheels is a major task. Finally, for the non-ACC post 5/1/2013 DSC to Master Cylinder, there IS NOT 1 in the USA...even though it's used on F2x,M2,F3x,F4x,M3,M4,F8x etc. Last edited by GCinFLA; 07-26-2017 at 02:27 AM.. |

Also do you find ACC braking in sport mode is very ruff and harsh? The only comfortable mode I find to use ACC on HWY traffic (accordion style traffic) are comfort (sometimes braking is still a little hard) and ecopro mode. |

For what it's worth, my "other" car has ACC (it's a Honda). Works great, but I don't think it's worth the money we're talking about here.
What I really dislike about it is highway driving. Let's say you're doing 73MPH (65 zone) - if you come up on a car doing 65, your car will slowly adjust its speed to 65 to keep the appropriate distance. You won't even notice it until you eventually see that you're driving slower than you want. If you had that type of cash to spend, I can think of much better things than ACC. |

Hi guys I recently bought ICM High for ACC from 01/2016 car and DSC from 12/12 car. Is it 100% confirmed that DSC from before mid 2013 will not work on car after mid 2013 ? What is the difference and how to differentiate it?
If you know some one who knows the answer please tag him... really need to know. If anything will have DSC ACC pre 07/2013 for sale with ACC Radar |

This retrofit is not doable (if you want you ca do everything). To begin like said you need other icm, dsc, and acc module, but yu also need to change or add a lot off high pressure cables, and you need to change the dsc cable on each suspenssion front l and r and rear l and r, price of the cable is 90 euro piece. And last but not least this is a securitie option so recuiers a fsc code so even if you get it installed it won't work

I'm confident that the DSC with a black drum is MK60 model while the one with silver drum is MK100. MK60 is preLCI and before 2014-3 while MK100 is for model after 2014-3 (correct me if I'm wrong). The pipelines configuration on these 2 DSC models are different, so it will be difficult to put MK100 into cars that were made before 2014-3.
Some Russians have managed to retrofit ACC onto their F30s and one of them installed MK100 onto his preLCI (link https://www.drive2.ru/l/472884559017411012/ ). I don't know if it is illegal use those union connectors in my location. I'm still in the process of acquiring parts for this project. I would say this retrofit is doable though very difficult because finding a reasonable priced ICM High and an ACC DSC is nearly impossible, and secondly you have to replace/alter hard pipelines. |

not that simple. mk60 big drum one is used on pre lci till 07/2013 incl. After that date bmw switched to mk100 version till the end of pre lci f30 production and for all lci f30 production. SO mark date is 07/2013 not LCI or Pre-LCI
