Exclamation Reverse camera retrofit

Installed a reverse camera on my 2013 F30 RWD. Installed e-sys the only thing left to do is coding, but I don't know jack sh*t about adding 3AG to FA and VO Code NBT, ICM, PDC, and TRSVC. Anyone?

F80 lower control arms still in the mail
Have you installed the F80 control arms? How do you like them with the monoball tension struts?
I have the F80 control arms but not the monoball tension struts.

Curious to know what you think of the combo.

If it is just emission test then you can put some e85 in and it should pass. Might break your fuel pump thou

What states even have sniffer tests now? Aren't they all transitioned to OBD testing?

No and No. E85 is not going to get your catalyst emission monitor ready with a catless DP (nor allow you to pass sniffer while catless), and its not going to "break your fuel pump" - E85 mixes are extremely common on ethanol mix tunes...

Did you do the door handles as well? I have the silver and like it, and honestly I'm not a huge CF fan…however this looks really good and made a significant change visually. Nice job!

Well thank you sir. The handles are being shipped right now. Also got a e brake cover and trim for the gear selector. I've never been a huge CF fan either, but I bought the car used and there were scuffs on the aluminum that were driving me nuts. I figured dark would be nice at night, less distracting.

Nice!…please post pics after you have the additional pieces installed. I would love to see it in the day light as well.

Hey sorry just picked the car up today after alignment, so I haven't really had any time with it.

Monoball thrust arms alone: car feels so much happier changing directions. The added feeling of precision I have now is incredible. I can only describe it as having a hyper-awareness of how much more steering input would translate to how much closer you can cut in. I would describe the old steering feel as an exponential curve, where at a certain point, I have no idea how much x amount of input would return. The monoballs feel exactly linear 1-1 where 1 degree more input equates to exactly 1 more degree more of turn in. Feels pretty incredible. I posted earlier about vibration but figured out that was my alignment haha. Absolutely no NVH to report back.

First impression of F80 LCA: car has this new sturdiness to it. Going through turns, the car just feels absolutely planted and really inspires confidence.

Combined: Handling characteristics I would best describe as an agile heft. Heft not in a sense of weight but a sturdy-planted feel.

Cons: rubbing with the F80 arms with my 10mm spacer. Going to take those off tonight. Other than that it's a dream so far.

Sorry in advance for lack of readability/grammar. Blurted this out while in line at the grocery store but hope it helps.

Added the Mppsk to my 340i. I'm having so much fun driving it now. Power increase is very noticeable to me down low

We do in Sweden and a common way to pass when running for example a racekat(100 cell) is it mix in some E85 to lower the emissions.

No, E85 will put extra strain on your fuel pump which can result in damage to the fuel pump. Even if Ethanol mixes tunes are extremtly common it has nothing to do with what the specification of what the fuel pump can handle, especially when a pump isn't made to run over a certain mixture of E85

Well, unfortunately, I'm pretty sure most states in America has transitioned to OBD2 style testing and that scans for readiness monitors and doesn't rely on what's being emitted out of the exhaust

The HPFP is mechanical so there is no such thing as putting extra strain on it. The LPFP can handle plenty of ethanol (up to about E70 with stock turbo ~20psi) and it is not strained from running moderate ethanol mixes. The EKP controls the fuel pump and if anything were to be "strained" the first thing is the EKP (as demonstrated with aftermarket fuel pumps). You are simply assuming that the extra volume required to supply ethanol due to lower energy density is bad for the fuel system, when it is demonstrated not to be on this platform, especially at moderate ethanol mixes. Does this mean someone can go fill up with full E85 on stock fuel system and stock tune? No, they can't, as there are fuel flow limitations. However it has nothing to do with straining or damaging the fuel system, so don't spread misinformation about E85 straining fuel pumps. Also note that MHD offers full E85 OTS maps for both stage 1 and stage 2, boost is just limited to not exceed HPFP capabilities.
