Vibration when braking

I have an odd one.
My brake pedal vibrates when I brake, and sometimes the car pulls a bit.
I have checked the alignment, changed out the rotors and the brake pads.
It doesn't do it as much in the morning time (assuming when cold) but sometimes it does. I used to hear a "scraping" sound like the left front pads we're riding on the rotor or something like that. Any one have any ideas what could be causing this?

M Sport brakes or standard? If standard, when the pads were changed, did the caliper slide pins get greased?

M-sport. For this model year it's the same brakes as the 335i. I am pretty certain they didn't. The vribration is what prompted the brake job. That and the rotors weren't the smoothest.

Could be the wheels bent or tire need balance.

Rotors may be warped

Check the carrier / caliper bracket / bolts on the brake assembly. Replace bolts as needed, please do not just 're-tighten' the old bolts to tq spec (imho). New bolts.
