Climate Control Unit

I have a 2015 F30. Been seeing the climate displays but with the lettering/numbering appearing in white. Anyone know where I can get one? Attaching my current with the orange.

But your car must have IHKA3 so you'd have to verify it has that. This topic has already been covered extensively in these forums, so do a search.

So I'm told that I have it (the ability to switch lighting from classic (orange) to sport (white) is what I'm told is confirmation of that.

Is that not the case?

Correct.

If you can switch colors on the climate control unit you have IHKA3 in your car.

IHKA units do NOT have that ability.

you have a 2015 so you should have ihka3 already, you just need to replace the control head for one that has the bicolor leds and code it.

its one of the first things i plan to do when our 2015 arrives along with the LCI panel.

you need to swap back before taking the car to the dealer so dont get rid of the orange one

I have don't no modifications on the car I checked the fuses and they are all good. When I turn my car in now the panel doesn't light but but after about 5 min it will turn on.

I also have a weird AC issue where it will work and blowCold air as long as I don't take it past 3 otherwise it blows warm but the low pressure side is high at 50-60 and I can hear it turning on and off. But if the panel turnes on the screen light will blink.

The mechanic that I called said that sounded really weird and asking if it took on water and it did not. Is there anything I should
Check and how do I do it?
