Extended Warranties?

My CPO expires in July. I contacted the dealership and they are trying to sell me 3rd party warranty for 3yrs/60000kms for 3200$. The thing is there is a limit of $5000 per visit for any repairs. As in if anything happens and they repair it, they will only repair upto $5000 which kind of seems redundant. If the bill is upto $5000, I can take a hit and pay it myself. I wanted warranty for big failures which can cost 9 or 10 grand.
Has anyone here bought extended warranty? If so what are some good warranty companies?
