Hi all

My car is a 2016 with a retrofitted ID6 NBT Evo. I had some issues with my PDC not displaying anything but was able to resolve by coding on to have cameras enabled using ProTool on android. After some time Ive noticed I have a different issue.

My rear PDC will not beep. It is something in the HU, because I placed a trash can behind the car and tried coding some options and upon reset of the headunit, rear PDC is beeping. Once driving forward and back towards the trash can again, it is muted and no further beeps from rear PDC. Something in the NBT evo is telling the car not to beep rear PDC.

Any insight would be greatly appreciated as this is starting to become a safety issue.

How did you vo code HU with your FA using esys?

Hey, thank you so much for getting back to me, nobody seems to be have any info so i appreciate any response.

I did not initially code the headunit to my car- some background, the NBT EVO HU was precoded to my car from Retrofitmybimmer. I think they didnt code it exactly right because i was missing M menu and my car is a M4. I downloaded Bimmergeeks Protool and was able to code some options back in while playing with the tool in my spare time. They also coded my cameras wrong initially as mentioned in my first post. I reached out to them but it seems they are out of business and or defunct. If theres any scans needed please let me know. Im willing to get esys and everything running as well if it resolves this issue as i fear my headunit's coding is just a complete mess even though everything basically works aside from the Rear PDC beep. Thanks again.

If you have harman kardon and they vo code without this option then is normall that you don‘t have a sound. If they vo code HU with your vin then send me your orginal fa I will prepare it for coding. You can send me your svt_ist too
