428i, ESS tuned with upgraded hardware (with Dyno chart)

Hey guys,
Last year I updated my ECU with ESS software. Their Dyno was broken so no Dyno chart that time around.
During the last three months I installed some new hardware:

Charge pipe
Intercooler
TIC pipe
Cold Air Intake
Catless Downpipe

Yesterday, I went back to upgrade my software: below is the result.
Originally the car was rated at 270hp with way less tq (sorry about not getting a baseline).

Please consider that the tq number in the chart is in NM which translated to 326lb ft. Gas was 98 octane, which is very common here in Sweden.

I am extremely happy with the end result together with the supporting mods.
The power is consistant, the car feels proper fast! Next up is ESS turbo upgrade next spring. I want to take this N20 to a whole nother level!

Nice gains, thanks for the dyno! Do you manually shift? Looks like 5500 would be a good spot

Congrats man... When I first read it, I was like "Damn, those are good numbers for only those mods" and then I read 98OCT! I'm really jealous lol. Good to hear though. If I could make a recommendation, think about upgrading your rod bolts to ones made by ARP. Another member pointed this out to me and it's pretty smart if you want to get to about 350whp safely and not rebuild the entire engine.

All in all, great #s!

Take into account, the correction factor on the dyno is DIN which isn’t the standard SAE correction factor we use here in the states. How that affects the numbers being, higher or lower? I don’t know, but it will change the numbers for sure. DIN is more popular in Europe.

Yup! From there it's easy. Might as well replace the bearing shells while you're in there as well. Stamp is on the crank as well.

Nice chart,thanks for sharing

what was your boost like? peak and towards redline?

What kind of dyno was it, like a rolling road or a hub dyno where your wheels come off for the run ?

Oh, sorry. Stamp will tell you which shells you need, as there are different ones and depend on the crank.

These are the bearing shells that sit in the con rod end cap and end of the con rod.
