Had to be done. Batman is my all time favourite superhero, and as much as I loved the Adam West series, The 1989 Batman film along with The Dark Knight Returns graphic novel were defining cultural moments for me. I'll probably have to wait until we get a house before I build it, but I didn't want to regret not buying it when the opportunity was there.

Keep an eye out for offers at Sainsbury's, they had the "normal" Speed Champions on at 2 for £15 (£13 each) a few weeks back and they regularly have the slightly bigger models discounted. The range is pretty poor at my local Sainsbury's though!

On the subject of pricing, when I see certain speed champions models on Amazon for £20-£40, is that just price gouging for rare ones, or do they just have a higher approx. RRP?
