Slight Rock in Front Seat

Seems this is a common issue. Anyone know exactly what it is and how to fix?

Sorry, I was so vague. Was running out the door and should have waited to post. Anyway, I tightened the bolts to the floor down, but it feels like the seat slightly rocks when I sit back or sit forward. Feels like the upper portion of the seat. I looked into it a little bit and it sounds like it could be the plastic bushings? Or maybe the seat track itself?

Hoping no one else has ever had this issue (yeah right) and if they have (unfortunately), may have some insight to remedy the problem. (M-Sport Seats with side bolsters, etc.)
