Definitely keep an eye out while you're on the road, because pictures do not do headlights any justice. I would say my headlights are now closer to how the OEM BMW LED headlights look, or the high-end luxury Xenon look as you mentioned. The LEDs are brighter than the Xenon's.
Cool Blue Intense are another option that is reported to be pure white, slightly brighter than OEM, with a tiny tint of white/yellow instead of blue. Those would be ideal for anyone who wants 100% pure white with no real sign of blue. I believe chuckles01 is selling a set on here for cheap as he wanted a slight blue tint instead.
My Xenon's honestly seemed to be underperforming with the OEM bulbs when it came to brightness and road clarity, I wish I'd upgraded sooner.
Not according to scientific testing that measured the output....or BMW for that matter.
Visually my new Osram Xenarc bulbs shot against a wall were NOTICABLEY brighter than my old 2014 OEM 4300k Philips. Left one old one connected to compare and it wasn't even close.

6500K is 6500K no matter who makes the bulb. Light is light is light.

The "Honda blue" is more 7500-8000K. Oem never goes above 6500K because they are DOT mandated to have a minimum lumens output.

It may look bluer on luxury cars because they use better projectors and lenses which distribute light 100x better than HIDs in reflector buckets. You can pick out the different colors even easier when the projector is paired with a 100% clear lens. Most OEM use a Fresnel kind of lens that then kind of blends the projected light from the bulb a bit on its way away from the car. Google the lens swaps, it's very popular to do. I've done it on 2 cars three different times using TheRetrofitsource.

TRS has great bulbs as well.
