f34 lci taillights retrofit connectors
Hey everyone, i've got a set of lci taillights for my f34, as i tought it was a similar swap as the f30s. Suprise! Connectors for inner lights are totally different even from the pre lci.
Does anyone have done this changing the connectors and wiring everything? are the pins in the f34 inner lights similar to the f30s so that you only swap the connectors and go ahead? Then what's the connectors reference? I can't find that anywhere. Please any help would be greatly apprieciated |

Hello,
the connector is this one : 61132359992. Pin terminal is : MQS - 61131383776. I've put together some documents when I was doing it, so feel free to use them for your retrofit: https://drive.google.com/drive/u/0/f...fW3Rhip3TTJsPX Good luck ![]() |

omg thank you so much Vortex.
![]() Are the pictures you linked showing the final connectivity? I mean only 4 first pins used? Is there no need to connect the two inner lights like on the f30s? And is the programming similar too to the f30? I mean i'm not a professionnal electrician but if i get the steps i can definitly do it. Thank you again for your kind share Vortex! Oh and the outers are same process as the f30s? ![]() Last edited by Siroko69; 03-10-2021 at 04:13 PM.. |

Hi, I should probably update the pictures there. There is one extra wire in each for inner turn signal.
You need to run the cable all the way from REM. The picture of the tailgate wiring can give you the idea on how the wire should go. For the outers you just need to swap few pins in the main connector as per schematic in the word document. Coding, there are 2 ways of doing that. Either adding HO-WORT and CODE REM with that new SALAPA element. However if you have older I-Step, it might not work. Then you would have to change all of the parameters manually. I can help you with both and recommend which way to go if you'll tell me your vehicle I-Step level. I assume that you have E-Sys available? |
