Hi, newbie here- please go easy if I'm out of line..

I have a 2015 328 with the ugly halogens. I'd like to have something much brighter and whiter.

I don't care too much how it looks, but rather care about 1) not blinding people, 2) brighter/whiter light as I mentioned.

I'm not handy so not DIY. Can anyone recommend, 1) whether I should ask for HID or LED? and 2) does anyone recommend a shop in Orange County CA? (e.g. Evil Headlights, HID Masters?)
