HELP, Drive train Malfunction

13' 328xDrive throwing a P1026b code.
Along with it saying "Drive train malfunction, maximum output not available."

Was able to do a little digging and it sounds like it may be the waste gate actuator?

Anyone else experience this?

i had this issue happen.. my car shut completely off on me... apparently its a recall issue.. call ur local dealer. it was something with the gas
