http://www.bmwcca.org/sites/default/...AOpsManual.pdf it reads that Chapters can decide whether to allow E89 (a car with factory-installed, fixed rollover protection) on the track as long as a "broomstick test" is passed Quote:
EDIT: I hope I am not coming across the wrong way here. I truly am curious if I can take my E89 or not. |

If you are certain you will pass the broomstick test, sign up. Remember the broomstick test means placing a flat stick or plane between the top of the roll hoop and A pillar, and while seated, the top of your helmet must be at a minimum of 2" below the stick/plane.

I'm going. I want to experience this facility in all its glory. I heard the racing surface is as smooth as a baby's bottom. That'll be a nice change from Bumpywillow. Plus apparently the 'clubhouse' has very nice amenities. |

This one has been rescheduled to the LAST weekend of the year (the weekend between Christmas and New Years, Dec. 28-29). Those that signed up for the July 13-14th date should have received their refunds by now.
New Years at Vegas. Now I think I can convince the Missus to come out and play.
