Question Best Car Cover?

Hello,

I am unable to garage my 2015 BMW 428IX 2DR Coupe and would like to purchase a car cover to protect it.

Is there a brand and/or type of cover that is superior?

Thanks.

My friend who owns a body shop that only repairs porsche, lambo, ferraris said don't use car cover, paint needs to breath too and it does more harm to the paint than protect it.

Yes it's counterintuitive but car covers are good for inside only, outside is a big problem. Imagine your car being even a little dirty (dirt = abrasive) and the cover being blown around by a breeze. No bueno.

You're better off keeping the car clean and waxed or even better use one of the quartz products for a sacrificial layer or protection.

More frequent waxing's are best. The ceramic coatings go a long way to protect as well.
