HID conversion question

I am upgrading from stock halogen to the USR depot headlights.
In order to use HID lights (for the low beams), do I need to buy a conversion kit? Or will the HIDs be plug and play with the USR headlights?

If I need a conversion kit, what wattage ballast do I need? 35W or 50W?

Also, will I need to do any coding?

You will need coding. You can get a wifi/bluetooth OBD II adapter and purchase Bimmercode. If the headlights do not have bulbs/ballasts you will need to get a 35 watt kit.

HID + Ballast is good to go no coding. I think most members here with those headlights are running 35w HIDs myself included.

Been running the headlights since they came out, LED and then a HID kit
