ISTA+ Battery registration not working

Hi All,

I have ISTA+ that works and connects to the car, can read and reset fault codes. However when I try to register a new battery the option does not work, anyone know why? I get through VEHICLE MANAGEMENT>SERVICE FUNCTION>REGISTER BATTERY SELECTION, but then the right side only has "layers" showing - see photo

Can anyone help??

The final 2 screenshots are the ABL register page ISTA goes to and finally a blank page!

Might be issue in installation. Try reinstalling ISTA
