The sport, modern, luxury thing is infinitely stupid. With that said, I like modern the best. The wavy wood is kind of cool. I don't like the color-matched dash on the luxury since it isn't leather.

Looks great! Would have liked to have seen a full side profile shot and a coupe, but all in all looks like a winner to me.

Is there a list somewhere that shows exactly what features comprise each of the three lines?

I realize that there are pics, but my understanding is that there are a number of options that are exclusive to each line, such as wheels types, trim types, and color combinations.

Thanks for showing it in navy blue/tan. I was considering the F30 in silver and black int as I already have navy blue/tan and was looking to change it up, but that looks real nice.

The way the headlights are extended and meet the exposed side kidney grilles looks awful to me and are a definite deal breaker. Otherwise, the rest looks of the car looks great.

IDK. I see a modernized version of the 70s/80s line.

I like the new front, looks nice and mean. I'm pretty disappointed with the interior though. It's too old-fashioned looking and very similar to the current gen. Bit of a let down. Some of the materials look cheap too. I won't be rushing to upgrade any time soon. This is going to look out-dated compared to competition very quickly, bit under-whelmed here.

I love it. Looks like a great car. Except for one thing, The perfectly straight line on the hood. Could they not have made the hood extend to the headlights/grill? Bmw always has the largest gaps for some reason.

Agreed. The cut-line across the hood looks like it was done arbitrarily. I like the design direction they're going in so hopefully they adjust that.

So, instead of a badge that says "Luxury", why not just a badge that says "Key Me"?

I'm not a fan of the verbose side badges as it is, and thought someone should have been fired for putting the "XDrive" side badges on the X's... but this is beyond absurd. I would be embarrased to have any of those badges on my car. I'd have to bring the dental floss with me take delivery.

Agree completely, and haven't liked that hood cut on any of the BMWs. When I saw it on the new 5, I knew the F30 would also have it. I would guess that the driving force for it is weight control at the front end. That plastic is much lighter than hood steel.

If that guy bending over knew you said that, he would be so embarrassed.

I feel they should have included the kidney grills in the hood to get rid of that unsightly line.

Crude photoshop
