Hi thanks for the message, they have the balance of the manufactures warranty and they haven't been purchased via aliexpress.

They are genuine items not Chinese replicas found on eBay etc.

Also I forgot to mention I do travel around the south for work so depending on location I could potentially deliver.

I just saw a rather keen copper issuing some sort of ticket to guy in central London on one of these! Apparently they're not legal on either public roads or pavements? Absolutely nuts.

Correct. Not legal in UK on roads or pavements.

When you see they way people ride them, it's not surprising. A father and son came whizzing down a main road towards me a few days ago, and both were all over the shop.

And they wonder why the roads death toll will never reach zero...

Daft really as there's plenty of other cities worldwide that use them.

I just got back from Brisbane, and there's at least 2 companies operating hire of them out there (Lime and another one I can't remember). You can used them on all footpaths everywhere. They're a bloody great way to get about IMO, just wander up to a hire one, scan it with our phone and it unlocks it for use. The ultimate beer scooter!

It's just the UK tied up with ancient laws that are somehow preventing a modern, eco-friendly way of getting about town. From what I've read, the UK is under increasing pressure to review.

I'd have one if (a) they were legal and (b) i worked in a main city and commuted by train to get there.

Re: death tolls, well, you can't legislate against stupidity unfortunately.

I’ve sent a PM offering to buy two of them, I’m unconcerned about the legalities, they’ll be used (mostly) on private land.

Unfortunately the seller hasn’t read my message so hasn’t been on the forum or doesn’t want to speak to me!

If anyone knows him off the forum can you please let him know I’ve messaged. I want them for the kids to use at Center Parcs in a week or so 😁

Hi Apologies!

All scooters sold within a couple of days.

I have one left and that’s my own as my wife would say I’m a child stuck in a adults body and couldn’t not keep one!

Replied to your PM. Thanks for letting me know.

If you’ll part with yours for £300 then let me know.

If not, happy to speak to your friend about the older version, maybe take one of them too.
