Eibach Pro Kit - 25-30mm (1"-1.1")
Eibach Sportline - 35-40mm (1.4"-1.6")
AC Schnitzer - 20-25mm (0.8"-1")

It's recommended that if you go for 30mm+ drop (greater than 1") than you should change the stock dampers as well.

I'm getting my Eibach's fitted tomorrow, so I've not got a post fitted picture.

im looking at putting springs in my 330i msport, being the msport my car comes with the adaptive dampers, do you think ill still need to replace them or can they handle the lowered springs a little better.

I wouldn't be entirely certain as I've not got adaptive dampers on mine - I'm sure there's someone on the forum with adaptive and lowering springs

We have H&R springs and the adaptive dampers, car still drives near enough as it did but with less roll. Not sure how they'll hold up as they've only been on a few K miles

Just standard 19" tyre sizes, 225/40/19 on front and 255/35/19 rear with 704m rims.

It's a 335d x-drive so it came down a fair bit, supposed to be 45 front and 30 rear maybe, not 100% as I bought the springs second hand.

This was it before so you can see the difference!
