How to lower the front

Hi I recently changed the tire and rim, now I am happy with the rear fitment but the front is like a monster trunk (two fingers). I am wondering what option I have instead of changing the tire. I have a few though in mind.
1. Change to H&R lower spring, but I am not sure if I can only change the front since I am pretty happy with the rear right now
2. I heard chang the M3 front control arm will help lower the front, but I did not find any evidence besides a youtube video that said he used to swap the control arm and the car looks even front and rear.

If you need continuously adjustable suspension height (if for example you want change it if dissatisfied with initial settings), only coilovers are an option.
