Is my suspension bad?

So I have the m sport adaptive suspension on my car....

Holy shit when I go over the tiniest bump it hurts like a mother fuuuuuu....

It's like someone is hammering my car from the bottom every time I go over a bump....

No vibrations or anything but ALOT of sway when turning and a loose road feel :/

No bouncyness or anything it just feels like I'm riding on metal pipes and wheels ... no cushion

Any ideas here

Worse than when the car was brand new?

I would think that the adaptive suspension would last a bit longer than 56k miles.

I'm replacing my 704 Sport Suspension (passive) with the M Performance Suspension kit at 77,000 miles. The suspension isn't too worn out but it's getting there.

I suggest to visit a local reputable independent shop to perform a thorough suspension inspection. The symptoms you are describing point to a problem which is best not be ignored.
