I wouldn't be entirely certain as I've not got adaptive dampers on mine - I'm sure there's someone on the forum with adaptive and lowering springs

It's a 335d x-drive so it came down a fair bit, supposed to be 45 front and 30 rear maybe, not 100% as I bought the springs second hand. This was it before so you can see the difference! |
