This is my general write up, but I know folks here generally know what this is and whether it's for you. What's definitely a fact is that they are rare, but the future value placed on that rarity is yet to be seen. I believe it will appreciate if miles are kept fairly low, or hold it's value very strong. This is that sweet spot of as close as it gets to an M3 without the crazy high prices on the M3. And of course, this is the very last stick shift 3-Series. Sad state of the world..

This is a rare special edition BMW 340i ZHP with a manual transmission. A true driver's car that can also behave as a daily driver. When BMW stopped producing stick shifts in the 3-series they created this special edition as a parting gift to enthusiasts. The special run of one hundred 340i models has the beloved B58 engine paired with the powerful ZHP package.

The ZHP package includes the following: M Performance Power and Sound Kit, The only factory installed M Limited-Slip Differential in the series, M Performance Rear Diffuser in Black, Black Kidney Grilles, M Performance Carbon Fiber Mirror Caps, Rear Spoiler, and Exhaust Tips

The ZHP sounds better and is rated a full 60 horsepower higher. The regular 340i is rated at 320 HP and while BMW underestimated the ZHP at 355, driver testing has put it at 380 HP.

Other options included with this special edition include:
-Dynamic handling package
-Higher top speed 155
-M Sport Package: 19" M Sport wheels, M Sport suspension, M Sport steering wheel (thicker and better to handle), sport seats, aluminum dark carbon interior trim, aerodynamic kit, shadowline exterior trim
-Premium Package: heated front seats, navigation, heads up display, advanced RTTI (real time traffic), and remote services -Black Dakota upgraded leather seats
-Moonroof
-Integrated garage door opener
-LED Lights
-Upgraded Harman Kardon surround sound with Bluetooth and SiriusXM

Tires: The car includes sets of both summer and winter tires. Summer tires were replaced with the Bridgestone Potenzas that are OEM. Three of the summer tires have 400 miles on them and one tire has a bit more (replaced after a flat tire). The included winter tires Pirelli Sotozeros at about the middle of their life. The car handles fairly well in wintry conditions, but this car was typically left in the heated garage when weather was poor. All tires are run flats, which allows for a bit of extra storage in the trunk.

One upgrade is included, but can be removed at the buyer's request. The car is equipped with a Radenso RC M Ultimate Edition integrated radar detector and AL Priority laser kit. The head unit is discretely mounted just below the climate control and is detachable. This equipment was $5,000 and professionally installed in 2020.

This one-owner car has complete maintenance records, a flawless Carfax, and has been serviced exclusively at the BMW dealership. The vehicle has had no issues or mechanical failures and has been stored in a temperature controlled garage. Non-smoker and still smells new.

Also included is a BMW Ultimate Care 7-year, 100,000 mile Platinum Extended Service Contract which is fully transferable. This is the highest level of protection that BMW offers, with comprehensive coverage of most major components. This warranty extends past the CPO period and will be honored by any BMW dealership.

Thanks for the requests and comments. This one sold. There is at least one red one out there from a dealer but asking more. They recently came off of 3 year leases so I'm sure we will see more will come up for sale at lower and higher prices for those wanting one.

I can't say for sure, but this looks like a red ZHP where the dealer doesn't know it's a ZHP. Listed for $46,000:

PS the giveaway is the carbon fiber mirror caps, tailpipe tips, and spoiler. While it's possible someone built a 2018 manual RWD with carbon fiber and the M power and sound package, you are more than likely looking at a ZHP.
