MY Tuned hybrid turbo 340i vs Tuned Rs3 and Tuned E63s, on the roll I wasn't making any boost, turns out it was because I had less than 1/4 tank of gas 🤣, tuner David shoup told me that the dme would limit power if gas is below the 1/4 tank for these cars. I had no idea and thought I was saving weight lol.

I don't think that is correct. Power is significantly limited indeed when you reach the low fuel warning (been there, done that with the missing boost ), but definitely not at 1/4 tank ...

Catless downpipe, both res delete , tips I got from an exhaust shop here locally, most exhaust shops should have the tips

You're actually correct, the car was in protection mode we found out later on doing some extra diagnostic.
